Upgrade your plan

Ready to upgrade your plan, collect more responses per month, and get more out of Formly? Read on to find out how.

Note! Only the account owner can change plans. Other users will not be able to change the plan linked to the account.

Upgrading your plan

1. Log in to your account


Log into your Formly account, click the alias in the top right corner, then click Settings.

2. Upgrading from the Free plan


2.1 Free users can upgrade by clicking Upgrade in the left sidebar.


2.2 On the next screen, select the plan level you’d like to upgrade to: Silver or Gold.

Silver: $19/month or $190/year (get 2 months free)

Gold: $29/month or $290/year (get 2 months free)

2.3 A price summary of your new plan will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Enter your billing details and Click Pay and subscribe to confirm. Your new plan will be active starting immediately.



2.4 After each successful payment, you’ll receive an invoice by email.


Note! Invoices can only be sent to the account owner’s email address.

3. Upgrading from Silver to Gold (or from monthly to yearly)

If you are a paid Formly customer, your account dashboard will have a Silver or Gold tag, respectively.

3.1 Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.



3.2 Click on Update subscription.

3.3 Here, you can select:

  • Billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly)

  • Plan level (Silver or Gold)

  • Number of seats (Quantity)


Then click Continue.

3.4 Click Subscribe and pay to confirm and your new plan will be active starting immediately.

3.5 After each successful payment, you’ll receive an invoice by email.

Note! Invoices can only be sent to the account owner’s email address.

Manage your subscription

Everything you need to manage your Silver or Gold subscription is available under:

Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription


Here, you can:

  • Change or cancel your plan

  • Add a payment method

  • Update your billing information

  • Download your invoices

Cancel your subscription

  • You can cancel your Silver or Gold subscription anytime in your account settings.
    Go to SettingsBillingManage SubscriptionCancel subscription

  • Your cancellation will be effective immediately, and access to Silver or Gold plan features will stop at the end of the prepaid period (on the last day of your monthly or yearly billing cycle).

Refund policy

We don’t issue refunds for late cancellations or unused time. If you wish to unsubscribe, you must cancel your Silver or Gold plan subscription before your prepaid period ends.

FAQ

In which currency will I be billed?

All subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD).


If I have a Silver plan, can I upgrade to Gold?

You can upgrade to the Gold plan by logging into your account and going to

SettingsBillingManage Subscription.

If you upgrade your plan in the middle of a billing interval:

  • The new plan will take effect immediately and you will be charged immediately for the new plan. The amount due will be reduced by a prorated credit based on the time remaining in your current billing period for your current plan.

  • Your billing period will remain the same and on the next billing day you will be charged the full rate.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We’ll automatically retry your payment several times over 14 days.

  • If you update your billing details within this period, your subscription continues without interruption.

  • If payment fails after 14 days, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be removed.

Do you offer any volume discounts?

Yes. Accounts with more than 10 seats may qualify for volume discounts.

We also offer discounts to Education, Healthcare and Non-profit organisations.
