A template is an easy way to get started with a form. If you're building a form and don't want to start from scratch, you can select one of our ready-made templates.
How to find a template
1. Go to Formly's template page here.
2. You can scroll through all of the template categories. When you see a template you want to try, click on it, and it'll open so you can test it out.
3. Copy the template URL (e.g. - https://getformly.app/7QHC5a)
4. Log in to your account, and you’ll land in your Dashboard, click +Create Form button.
5. Now click Import form.
6. Paste the template URL (e.g. https://getformly.app/7QHC5a) and click on Create form
Template will be added to your workspace, and you’ll be taken directly to the Create panel, where you can name the template and edit it.
Tip! If you’d like to use the design of a template only, you can remove all the questions and use the template as a shell to build your own.
